Overview
A smart management system designed for the Israeli Parliament (Knesset), making day-to-day tasks easier. Previously, essential data such as daily agendas, room schedules, visitor counts, and committee updates were scattered across PDFs, the Knesset website, and other unconnected platforms. This project focused on creating a unified, intuitive system tailored to the needs of Knesset professionals. and presents helpful insights to improve how the Knesset works and the service it provides.

In this project at Malam Team, I led the development of a foundational style guide and core components that established the system's design language. I supervised the design team, maintaining visual consistency and crafting an engaging interface across all screens. My role also involved contributing to UX tasks, designing responsive layouts for both web and mobile platforms, and closely collaborating with clients to translate their requirements into impactful design solutions. Partnering with developers, my team and I ensured seamless execution. Despite the challenge of a tight 5-week deadline, our agile approach and collective effort led to a successful project launch.

After engaging with Knesset members, we identified key pain points, such as inefficiencies from navigating multiple systems and the need for a centralized hub. With tight deadlines, wireframes were created and refined dynamically. Daily studio meetings enabled quick iterations and task alignment, ensuring we stayed on schedule. These insights were crucial for shaping the design process and validating assumptions.
